CASA ‘s in-house Property Management Team provides professional property management and grounds keeping services to all our properties, ensuring they are maintained at a high standard of upkeep. CASA is a “hands-on” landlord, with six full-time staff members providing 24-hour property management. By frequently monitoring our properties and building relationships with our tenants, CASA ensures that our buildings and grounds remain safe, attractive and welcoming. In fact, the attractiveness of a CASA home often leads the way for other community development projects. High quality, scattered-site permanent housing fosters a sense of community among CASA residents and their neighbors, providing local businesses with new customers and employees and strengthening our neighborhoods.
