Community Property Alternatives (CPA) is a landscape maintenance division created by CASA to provide work training and employment opportunities for residents. CPA gives employees the chance to develop job skills while supplementing their income and to gain a sense of pride through their work.

The CPA team currently consists of nine employees and one crew leader. The team maintains CASA properties and has several additional landscaping contracts for Triangle-area properties.
