Bryan Place is named in honor of Nancye Bryan: a former CASA Board member, volunteer, and affordable housing advocate.

Bryan Place is in a great location in Durham that will be ideal for the population we serve. The community is 0.2 miles from the nearest bus stop, making public transportation highly accessible. It is also 0.6 miles from Duke Regional Hospital and from CVS Pharmacy, and less than a mile from the Shoppes at Independence. About 0.25 miles south of Bryan Place is the Stadium Drive Trail, which connects to the Ellerbee Trail and provides convenient access to the greenway.

CASA has started construction on this community! We hope to complete construction by spring 2024. This community, Kings Ridge in Raleigh, and Perry Place in Chapel Hill/Carrboro are all part of our expansion efforts laid out in our 5-year strategic plan. We set a bold goal to add an additional 500 affordable housing units to our portfolio by 2025. We’re well on our way, but we need all the help we can get. Donate today to help us plan and develop more affordable housing in the Triangle.
