FAQ & ApplicationsSupportive Housing Referral + Application
Supportive Housing is most successful when a tenant has strong and consistent support. CASA strongly recommends that each applicant secure ongoing support from a supportive agency, therapist/case worker, or a consistent friend or family member. Please review CASA’s Supportive Housing Referral information page for more information about referral partners. Referral partners are not required for Supportive Housing applicants, but they are strongly recommended.
Submit Part I of CASA’s Supportive Housing Application. If there are changes to your family size, income, voucher status, or other information after you’ve submitted Part I, you must notify CASA in writing.
