Can you help us Fill King’s Ridge with Love?
CASA has teamed up with our friends over at The Green Chair Project to host a household item drive for King’s Ridge! We’re working to collect basic household essentials, ranging from measuring spoons to comforters, that will help our future King’s Ridge residents settle into their new homes. A well-stocked home is the best, most respectful gift we can offer as these folks transition out of homelessness!
To purchase an item for someone moving out of homelessness, visit our King’s Ridge Home Goods Drive. We can only accept new items at King’s Ridge and all items must be shipped to our friends over at The Green Chair Project. Your gift will provide the comfort our residents need to live successfully in their homes– comforters and pillows for a warm night’s sleep, plates and silverware to enjoy a meal in their own home, and shower curtains and towels to wash up and stay clean and healthy.
As a reminder, King’s Ridge is CASA’s biggest, most ambitious new construction project to date. This community will end homelessness for 100 households in Wake County. King’s Ridge will have 1- 2- and 3-bedroom units for individuals and families with children, and uniquely, it will have supportive services on the main floor! We’ll have on-site medical clinics, case managers, a tenant liaison, flexible community space, and more. King’s Ridge is under construction now, and when it opens in the Fall, we’re excited to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing home to folks who are currently experiencing homelessness.
Thank YOU for helping provide our future residents with the dignity and comfort of a well-stocked home.
