When Millard Kirk was invited by his friend and former CASA board member Tim Morgan to attend CASA’s annual fundraiser back in 2016, he had no idea of the legacy he would create – both through his epic moves on the dance floor and his generous support of the organization.

Millard currently works as a commercial real estate agent with RE/MAX and has spent 45 years working in the Triangle real estate market. He strongly believes that everyone deserves a roof over their head and has helped people achieve this goal through both his professional and philanthropic pursuits. In addition to CASA, Millard and his wife, Debbie, support a variety of faith-based causes and stay active in their church. He believes, “The greatest gift we can give in this lifetime is to improve another’s life.”

Millard and Debbie Kirk have certainly helped to improve the lives of countless CASA residents over the years. Missy Hatley, Sr. Director of Resource Development, shares: “For years, all of us at CASA looked forward to seeing Millard dancing up a storm with his family and friends at our annual fundraiser.  We never doubted that he was one of our biggest cheerleaders.  However, last year during the most uncertain of times, the Kirk’s generosity grew when we needed it most.  Their gifts to assist with our COVID relief efforts didn’t have the fanfare or the applause of Millard’s signature dance moves, yet they made a tremendous impact for our residents.  We are so honored to shine a light on the Kirk’s generosity.”

Thank you, Millard, for helping our residents overcome difficult circumstances and for providing generous support when we needed it most!
