Introducing Bryan Place
Bryan Place is in a great location in Durham that will be ideal for the population we serve. The community is 0.2 miles from the nearest bus stop, making public transportation highly accessible. It is also 0.6 miles from Duke Regional Hospital and from CVS Pharmacy, and less than a mile from the Shoppes at Independence. About 0.25 miles south of Bryan Place is the Stadium Drive Trail, which connects to the Ellerbee Trail and provides convenient access to the greenway.
CASA has welcomed home 16 new residents to Bryan in 2024. This community, Kings Ridge in Raleigh, and Perry Place in Chapel Hill/Carrboro are all part of our expansion efforts laid out in our 5-year strategic plan. We’re well on our way, but we need all the help we can get. Donate today to help us plan and develop more affordable housing in the Triangle.
