Intake Specialist
Responsible for performing a range of duties essential to achieving our mission of providing access to stable, affordable housing for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This position assists in the management of a portfolio of rental properties, engages in and promotes positive relations throughout the resident lifecycle. The Intake Specialist requires a balance of knowledge and skills to successfully assist in resident retention and satisfaction, compliance, rent collection and vacancy optimization, and the achievement of key performance metrics expected from high performing teams.

King’s Ridge Desk Clerk (Weekend: 1st Shift)
The Desk Clerk is responsible for monitoring the front desk, performing all receptionist duties, and ensuring the security of the building and safety of the residents in the properties assigned in a specific geographic region. In addition to the below duties, responsibilities, and physical/sensory requirements, the successful incumbent in this position demonstrates experience initiating and sustaining a high level of accountability resulting in positive outcomes, is mission-focused and demonstrates previous experience successfully collaborating with all levels of staff, volunteers, community, and board members.
