CASA is growing

In CASA’s 2020 Strategic Plan, we laid out bold plans for growth over the next 5 years. CASA intends to add 500 affordable apartment units to our portfolio by 2025, doubling our impact in the Triangle. We’re well on our way, but need your help. Make a donation today and help us expand affordable housing options in the Triangle.

King’s Ridge Apartments, Raleigh
Under Construction!
King’s Ridge is named in memory of CASA’s longtime CEO, Debra King. CASA’s vision for King’s Ridge is to emulate Charlotte’s Moore Place community with a high-quality, affordable apartment community that prioritizes applicants experiencing homelessness. Our vision is for King’s Ridge to include up to 100 apartments serving both individuals and families with permanent, supportive housing. The upper floors will be residential housing, while the main floor will include community space, offices, and access to case management, healthcare, employment, childcare and other critical supports. The site is well located minutes from downtown Raleigh with a public bus stop across the street. CASA is currently raising funds for King’s Ridge operations and a Sustainability Endowment. Visit this page for more information.
