We are thrilled to present our April Partner of the Month, Vice Chair of CASA’s Board of Directors, Casey Angel.

Casey joined CASA’s Board of Directors in 2020, but his involvement with CASA started before then. His journey with CASA began during a project focused on homelessness, during which CASA staff introduced him to tenants Sharon and Keshira. Moved by their stories, he felt compelled to deepen his involvement. Casey began working with CASA through their Fundraising Committee and took on the role of Chair. Over time, he was nominated to join our Board of Directors.

Casey currently heads the global Corporate Communications for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings. Before joining Longfellow, he served as Partner, Communications at a prominent Washington D.C. consulting firm where he designed and implemented messaging strategies for Congressional initiatives and federal policy decisions. Casey leverages his expertise and leadership to advance the CASA’s mission and strategic objectives.

Reflecting on his experience, Casey shared, “As someone who experienced homelessness and housing instability, I know firsthand that it can affect quite literally anyone in our community. CASA understands this as an organization; it is rooted in their DNA. I truly believe that to whom much is given, much is required, and it is my honor to be part of this group helping our neighbors in need.'”

Since his introduction to CASA, Casey has become an indispensable member of the CASA community. Casey’s commitment to community engagement and positive change exemplifies dedication. We are honored to recognize him as our Partner of the Month and eagerly anticipate celebrating his ongoing contributions to CASA.
