We are honored that our Partner of the Month for October 2023 is Centrant Community Capital. Centrant Community Capital has been a decade-long donor to CASA and our mission to strengthen and support the community we serve. In addition to being a steadfast supporter of CASA’s mission, Centrant provided the permanent financing for our first tax credit project, Perry Place, located in Carrboro and Chapel Hill.
As a mission-driven lender, Centrant believes that communities are strengthened by creative partnerships and strategic investments that promote safety, stability, dignity, and opportunity for citizens. Centrant works with affordable housing developers across the southeast to combat the shortage of quality affordable housing.
